EndWiz Terms of Service
Effective Date: November 1, 2026
Last Updated: November 1, 2026
Welcome to EndWiz ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our software and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use EndWiz.
1. Business Use Only
EndWiz is strictly a Business-to-Business (B2B) product. By using EndWiz, you represent and warrant that you are registering and using the product solely for commercial, business, or professional purposes, and on behalf of a legal entity.
2. Paid Customers & Separate Contracts
If you are a paying customer under a separate enterprise agreement, master services agreement (MSA), or custom license contract, the terms of that specific contract will supersede these Terms of Service to the extent of any conflict.
3. Self-Hosting & Operational Responsibility
EndWiz is provided as a self-hosted software product.
- Customer Infrastructure: You (the Customer) are solely responsible for provisioning, configuring, maintaining, and securing the servers, environments, and infrastructure required to run EndWiz.
- Uptime & Backups: You are solely responsible for service uptime, data backups, disaster recovery, and system administration. We do not guarantee or maintain server availability or hosting uptime for self-hosted instances.
4. Connected Services & Infrastructure
EndWiz connected cloud services operate under the following infrastructure parameters:
- Hosting Location: All connected cloud services, package mapping APIs, and licensing validation endpoints are hosted within Azure Denmark.
- Private AI Processing: Any AI capabilities provided via connected services run privately on our dedicated NVIDIA Blackwell-based server infrastructure.
- Software Updates: We will provide software updates, patches, or bug fixes ("Updates") for EndWiz as they become available during your active license period. You are responsible for applying these Updates to your self-hosted deployment.
5. Service Termination & Active Licenses
We guarantee that we will not revoke, suspend, or terminate your right to run or access your deployment of EndWiz as long as you maintain a valid, active, and fully paid license, unless required by applicable law or court order.
6. Prohibited Conduct (Scraping & Reverse-Engineering)
To protect EndWiz and our intellectual property, you agree not to:
- Scrape or Harvest: Use any automated system, crawler, bot, scraper, or spider to extract source code, data, or proprietary assets from EndWiz.
- Reverse-Engineer: Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the underlying source code, algorithms, or architecture of EndWiz.
- Misuse: Distribute, resell, sublicense, or use EndWiz for any unauthorized or unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to EndWiz (including software, design, code, and trademarks) are and remain the exclusive property of EndWiz and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to deploy and use EndWiz in accordance with these Terms and your valid license.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Cap on Liability: Our total aggregate liability for any claims, losses, or damages arising out of or related to EndWiz shall be limited strictly to the actual amount paid by you to EndWiz in the current calendar year.
- Indirect Damages: In no event shall EndWiz be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of EndWiz following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
